Chatham Milling Co. can help manage your project and walk you through the process.  We will focus on the day-to-day work, so you don’t have to.  As project manager, Chatham Milling Co. will reach out to contractors on your behalf, solicit bids, oversee work quality and project schedules, and help guide you through your home improvement project.

Pricing

Each renovation project is unique and has its own set of challenges. The scope of work, level of complexity, location, and contractor availability will determine individual project pricing. Our project management service is billed bi-weekly on an hourly basis. Each individual project proposal will include an estimated number of hours needed to see your project to completion.
